1. Activate Your Body’s Energy: To help alleviate the numbness and begin your journey to a state of bliss, the energy of the body must be awakened. Ways of accomplishing this include dancing or doing the Shakti Shake.
2. Still Your Mind: The next step toward a state of bliss is to suspend your thoughts (stop thinking). Meditation, mantras and breathing exercises help you clear your mind of thoughts of the mundane, illusory world.
